Security solutions for the P&G Dong An factory.

1. WHY INSTALL A CAMERA SYSTEM FOR FACTORIES?

  • Manage the number of vehicles and people entering/exiting factories, warehouses, and offices
  • Monitor factory and warehouse areas
  • Monitor office areas: entrances, lobbies, and working spaces
  • Control smart parking areas, both outdoor and indoor

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CAMERA SYSTEM

  • Cameras must record, store, and transmit data to the recording system
  • Clear image quality with features such as backlight compensation and long-range infrared, depending on customer needs
  • Ability to expand the system in terms of coverage, features, and image quality
  • All cameras must be accessible via network on devices such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, and tablets
  • Cost optimization in line with the customer’s budget

3. INSTALLATION OPTIONS BASED ON REQUIREMENTS

Analog TVI Camera System (Suitable for medium and small areas)

  • Equipment cost: Low
  • Complex cabling system, higher installation cost
  • Transmission method: Signals from cameras are transmitted via coaxial cables to the recorder, limited to a range of approximately 500 meters
  • To extend this range, fiber optic cables or signal amplifiers are required
  • Storage: Local recording system with limited scalability
  • Image quality: Analog cameras using AHD (Analog High Definition) technology provide very good image quality
  • Installation: More complex due to a large number of cables, resulting in higher installation costs
  • Scalability: Difficult and complex

Proposed Equipment

  • HIKVISION TVI Cameras
  • HIKVISION TVI DVR
  • Western Digital surveillance-grade hard drives
  • Sino coaxial cables
  • Accessories: protective boxes, BNC connectors, flexible conduits, etc.
